Our Exchange Promise
At Sentrie, we understand that finding the perfect fragrance is a personal journey. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free exchange policy.
Exchange Eligibility
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it
- In the original packaging with all seals intact
- Exchanged within 30 days of the original purchase date
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
How to Request an Exchange
- Contact our customer service team at support@sentrie.com
- Provide your order number and the item you wish to exchange
- Specify the new item you would like to receive
- We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label
- Ship your item back to us within 7 days
Exchange Processing
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your exchange within 3-5 business days. You will receive an email confirmation when your new item has been shipped.
Price Differences
If your new item costs more than the original, you will be charged the difference. If it costs less, we will issue a store credit for the remaining amount.
